Ansaplus provides an AI-powered phone receptionist that handles customer calls and appointment scheduling, integrating with your calendar system. Each user receives a personalised configuration, including voice settings, service listings, and calendar integration.

3. Subscription and Billing

Our services are offered on a subscription basis, with fees charged monthly. Payment is handled securely via our third-party payment processor. Prices, included minutes, and minute bundle add-ons are outlined on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in advance.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for unused time or minutes unless required by applicable law.

5. Fair Use Policy

Ansaplus is intended for reasonable use within the scope of small business operations. Excessive or abusive call volumes, or use for unrelated businesses, may result in service restriction or suspension.

6. Data Usage and Privacy

We collect and process your business data (such as names, schedules, and phone numbers) solely for the purpose of operating the service. All data handling is performed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability and reliability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for outages caused by third-party providers, internet disruptions, or maintenance activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ansaplus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost appointments or revenue, resulting from use or inability to use the service.
